To me, a best friend does not have to be someone you have known your whole life, or been friends with since childhood. A best friend doesn't have to be the opposite sex, or a non family member. Just because you do not have someone that has remained friends with you for a long period of time does not mean you do not have one. I think your husband and your mom can be, without critism from anyone. You can be friends with anyone you want however long you want because you seem to live in the moment and enjoy it, because why shouldn't you. It's better to be honest and open than remain friends with people that talk about each other, say they are going to get together and never make the effort to, or start drama. How is that healthy? So don't listen to anyone bitch and criticize and take it to heart that you do not have a "best friend" and you don't maintain friendships long, because you do have your "people" and your happy and thats all that matters! Even if I don't even know you! lol You just seem so honest and a good person, so don't let anyone get you down.Elizabeth Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11490032057367260787noreply@blogger.com
