Tiffany & Jon {Inn on the Twenty Wedding Photographer}

Tiffany and Jon met us last year over latte's and conversation. We loved them instantly. Her and I chatted feverishly about all things weddings, while Michael and Jon talked about well, who knows. Most likely guy stuff, jokes and whatever else guys talk about.

We captured their engagement session in Niagara and you might remember these photos with the gorgeous sky. Tiff is in love with the sky and since it was raining on her wedding, I am so happy we were able to capture that cotton candy pink horizon that she adores so much.

We arrived to the charming Inn on the twenty which sits nestled in the heart of Jordan Village. The bride and groom got ready in separate loft rooms and we mixed and mingled with their families and friends. The rain kept on falling but it added to the romance of the day and did not deter the smiles, the events or the memories.

The candlelit ceremony was romantic and emotional. We then left to take photos and had to work quickly as the wedding party was equal parts freezing and wet. When we arrived back to the venue, the space had been transformed into a lovely reception. Tiffany, a girl after my own heart, had not overlooked a single detail. From the centerpieces, candles, flowers, favours and a candy buffet from her mom's Niagara candy store, everthing was picture perfect.

We ended the evening in the cellar where the other wedding taking place had already wrapped up.
It was magic.

You can tell the kind of people Tiffany and Jon are by their guests, their friends and the speeches. People spoke of Tiff's kind heart and Jon's dry humour. Of the love that had transpired between two people; once friends, then lovers, now wed.

It was our absolute privilege and honour to have been chosen to document this day. Not every client can turn into a friend, but we have been so fortunate to have met so many wonderful people in our photography career. Tiffany and Jon and their families are no exception.

They are without a doubt, a class act, a couple madly in love and destined for greatness in the future.
We wish them both nothing but the best!

With love always,

Wendy
